We (direct2beads.com) work hard to obtain 100% satisfaction of our customers. In case you (customers) are not satisfied, please contact our Return Team for a refund, credit, or exchange. Contact information can be found in your order confirmation.
- We don’t charge you any fee for re-stocking or handling of the return.
- In order to return products to us, you must get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from our Return Team. Unauthorized return will not be entertained. You will be solely responsible for any risks of unauthorized return.
- Any return must be made within 30 days after you receive the shipment.
- The returned products must be unused, in original packaging, including original invoice
- The return shipment must be freight prepaid and insured by you at the time of return.
- Our Return Team must be given tracking numbers of the return shipment for update of the shipping status
- Freight and insurance are non-refundable, as they have already been used at the time of shipping from us.
- Refund, credit, or exchange will be made only after we receive the return shipment. Please allow 2 working days for us to inspect the return products.
- If you choose refund, you will get your money back;
- If you choose credit, you will get life-time credit in your account for future purchase (recommended)
- If you choose exchange, you will either get a credit in your account or be requested to pay for the difference.

All changes to our “30 days money back” policy will be posted on this page, and valid immediately after posted. You shall check this post before placing an order with us.
