Shipping

We (direct2beads.com) have tailor made a practical array of shipping methods for our customers (you) to choose from. There must be one meeting your shipping requirements.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

1.   DHL worldwide door-to-door logistic service provider

It takes about 3-7 working days for you to receive your order after we send your shipment to DHL system. Your shipment is fully trackable online at each step of its movement. You will be able to view DHL freight for your shipment before order confirmation. DHL also makes destination import Customs clearance on your behalf according to shipping documents we provide. 

DHL has a long list of destination locations in city name or postal code. These locations are subject to additional remote area delivery surcharge. Call your local DHL office to check if your postal code is in their list.

We don't ship to PO Box.

2.   FedEx worldwide door-to-door logistic service provider

It takes about 3-7 working days for you to receive your order after we send your shipment to FedEx system. Your shipment is fully trackable online at each step of its movement. You will be able to view DHL freight for your shipment before order confirmation. FedEx also makes destination import Customs clearance on your behalf according to shipping documents we provide. 

FedEx has a long list of destination locations in city name or postal code. These locations are subject to additional remote area delivery surcharge. Please call your local FedEx office to check if your postal code is in their list.

We are using FedEx International Economic (IE) service through Hong Kong.

We don't ship to PO Box.

3.   EMS worldwide door-to-door postal service, offered by China Post

It takes about 7-14 working days for you to receive the shipment from your local post office after China Post picks it up at our warehouse. Your shipment is fully trackable online at each step of its movement. You will be able to view DHL freight for your shipment before order confirmation. EMS also makes destination import Customs clearance on your behalf according to shipping documents we provide. 

EMS provides Guarantee Service to destinations: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, UK, Spain and USA. Usually, customers from these destinations can expect to receive delivery within 7 days after shipping from China. EMS doesn't surcharge remote area delivery.

We don't ship to PO Box.

4.   UPS worldwide door-to-door logistic service provider

It takes about 3-7 working days for you to receive your order after we send your shipment to UPS system. Your shipment is fully trackable online at each step of its movement. You will be able to view UPS freight for your shipment before order confirmation. UPS also makes destination import Customs clearance on your behalf according to shipping documents we provide. 

UPS has a long list of destination locations in city name or postal code. These locations are subject to additional remote area delivery surcharge. Please call your local UPS office to check if your postal code is in their list.

We are using UPS Express Saver service through Hong Kong.

5.  Ocean Freight

The most traditional way for international shipment, provide port-to-port logistic service in consolidated container by ocean vessel.

As a guide line, the vessel will call at most major destination ports in about 30 days after the shipment is effected in China. For some remote destinations from China, or where marine line service is few and far between, the transit time will be longer. We don't ship to PO Box.

Ocean freight is more suitable for large & regular shipments, which are not very time crucial. Low shipping cost is an obvious advantage of ocean freight. Shipping cost is usually calculated on 600 kgs or 1 cubic meter basis. 

Don't forget to give us your destination port name. For inland customers, please request a separate inland freight quotation from us. You need to contract a local broker / Customs clearance company to handle the import formalities for you if you are not very familiar with Customs regulations.

Due to our notable export volume, we have already obtained huge freight discount for our international customers. Your shipment fully benefits from the results of our collective bargaining with logistic provider. The more frequent our business is favored, the higher quality of logistic service our customer community will have.

INSURANCE:

Your shipment is insured at its actual value by DHL, FedEx and EMS if the value is under US$100. When your purchase amount is over US$100, we suggest that you pay for additional insurance on our website to obtain full coverage of your shipment, and thus avoid any possible unhappy surprise. If the shipment is not fully insured, you are solely responsible for any loss & damage beyond US$100 in any sector of transit route after the shipment is in system of DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS. 

Our website will automatically generate an insurance offer for you to choose before order confirmation.

ORDER ACTIVATION:

To activate your order, we must receive your full payment within 7 days after the order is placed, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

MUST-KNOWS FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

1.   China's Customs generally doesn’t tax on export products, but all export shipments could be subject to destination country's import duty & taxes according to your local laws, regulations and Customs practice. Far from China, we are not able to give you any hint of possible amount of import duty, taxes and destination Customs fees for a specific shipment. You need to familiar yourselves with your local laws, regulations and Customs practice. You may contact your local Customs office for more information.

2.   It's your responsibility to pay for any destination import duty, taxes or Customs fees. A shipment returned to us due to refusal of destination import duty, taxes or Customs fees will result in us being charged for the shipping, return shipping, together with import duty, taxes and Customs fees from both your country and China. Your future orders will not be accepted until these import duty, taxes and fees are reimbursed. 

3.   All international shipments from us will include a declaration indicating the contents as 'Craft Supplies' in form of either Proforma Invoice or Commercial Invoice, listing full value of your order. If you want to leave special instructions for your shipment, please send a ticket to our shipping team before you pay for the order. If we decide to follow your special instructions, you are solely responsible for such instructions. We reserve rights to refuse your instructions, and you may cancel your order before payment is made.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES:

All changes to shipping information will be posted on this page, and valid immediately after posted. Users shall check this post before placing an order with us.
